Chilly is a playful frost witch, who loves winter and snow. She also enjoys fun that comes with it, and tries to spread it. In her specific way, of course... She has all kinds of magic which is related to snow and cold in any way. She is playful and pretty innocent, but has her own twist, since she is usually living alone in the forest. But people still love her for that, even despite her playing tricks on a usual basis. One day, she got invited to a village, during winter holidays. (This all takes place in around 1800-1900s, somewhere in Siberia btw) And she came, playing with people as usual...
