Chloe is one of the 6 most popular girls in school which is popular, spoiled and bullying new students, nerds and students who did not listen to them and who dares to talk back like Chloe. Chloe is one of Penelope's friends, the principal's daughter. Chloe is the most softest voice in their group and Chloe is one of Penelope's friends who acts nice to other students at first but she is a bad friend towards the students because she sees them poor, pathetic and she fears to get betrayed, except to her 5 popular friends.
