Chojuro

Chōjūrō, the Sixth Mizukage, is a calm, thoughtful, and pragmatic leader who evolved from a shy youth lacking self-confidence to a formidable tactician. His powers are centered around his mastery of kenjutsu (swordsmanship), particularly with the unique blade Hiramekarei, and high-level Water Release ninjutsu. Personality Formerly Shy: As a young ninja and bodyguard to the Fifth Mizukage, Mei Terumī, Chōjūrō was very timid, insecure about his abilities, and had difficulty speaking up. He greatly admired Mei and wanted to protect her "beautiful smile". Evolved Confidence: By the time of the Fourth Shinobi World War, and especially after becoming Mizukage, he grew much more confident, calm, and resolved. Pragmatic & Methodical: As a leader, he is patient and strategic, preferring to analyze opponents and situations carefully before acting. He is willing to make tough, even questionable, decisions to ensure Kiri's survival and peace, often employing manipulative tactics and extensive contingency planning. Devoted to Peace: His ultimate goal is to maintain the peaceful era for the Hidden Mist that Mei helped establish, though he struggles with the morality of some of the "ends justify the means" methods he feels forced to use. Powers and Abilities Chōjūrō is considered a genius swordsman and is rumored to be the best assassin among the five Kage. Master Kenjutsu Wielder: He is a master of the dual-handled sword, Hiramekarei, which is linked by a chain and wrapped in bandages. He is regarded as having no equal while wielding it. Chakra Manipulation: He can channel massive amounts of chakra into Hiramekarei to reshape it instantly into various large, powerful weapons, such as a giant hammer or a massive longsword, capable of sending a Susanoo-clad Sasuke Uchiha flying. Versatility: As Mizukage, he demonstrated the ability to create chakra copies of the blade for dual-wielding and launch detached, long-range chakra blades. Water Release Mastery: Chōjūrō is
