so this is Cindy Smith/pigtail girl! she is 9 years old her older brother is Frederick Smith/Freddy mask tormentor and her younger brother is Fritz Smith./foxy child?. she works for William she kind of. helps give CC/evan the nightmares. besides whatever weird humble jumble stuff William did. she is a ghost.(it's Williams fault no further comment) she possesses one of the little electro baby things you know circus baby's little cr@cKhe@ds?.... might get flagged for that one. she's Fiona's aunt but they never met. because she became a ghost before Fiona was born. she dislikes Fritz.
