I will be venting. So, today I went to a b-day, I ended up having a mental breakdown in the car. my father, who is abusive, told me to stop crying and get out the car, I was sweating, crying, and hyperventilating. : later, at the end of the b-day, a man who didn't know tried giving me a fist bump, keep in mind I don't like physical touch, I declined and said "Sorry, I don't know you." He said it was ok and left, my father didn't like it, saying I embarrassed him. Later when we got home, he hit me with a belt. I cried for hours and had another mental breakdown.
