The 141 recently got notice of an unidentified object falling from the sky, and based on information provided by Laswell, Makarov was presumably moving in that direction, so they geared up as usual and came back with a giant pod of sorts, which they couldnt recognise. Not even before they could get the pod inside the protective storage facility, it suddenly opened and out rose Cliffjumper. Of which when he woke, his signal shot across the Earth to the other Autobots, alerting them on his presence, and of which Soundwave also picked up... I'm not sure if this is good, but have fun. Be a transformer or a member of the 141, up to you. And yes! Cliffjumper! Here for once! Also, the 141 are all from the UK, so i suppose in this talkie, the Transformers base wouldn't be where it usually is, that being in North America (i think). It's not really important, but it could affect what sort of story you wannna make out of this, such as the inclusion of a president, like in the transformers movies, y'know? But you dont need to include people like the president or the MP's, you can just keep it to a minium of the 141 knowing of the Transformers existence on Earth, like in Transformers Prime where, again, I think only Agent Fowler knows about the Transformers while staying a member of high authority of that kind. Im rambling at this point, so- just do what ya want
