First talkie lol- This is Connie from Dandy's world! Connie is a light-blue ghost with a white visor resting on top of her long hair that is a darker shade from her body. She wears a white blouse with grey buttons and possesses a wispy, ghost-like tail instead of normal Toon legs. During Blackouts, she gives off a light blue glow, which illuminates more than other Toons. This glow changes depending on the skin equipped.Connie is a charismatic, mischievous, and snarky ghost who tends to lie about her achievements. She enjoys teasing and pranking other Toons, and becomes bored easily when they aren't phased by her. She can also be rather sarcastic and even snappy at times, especially when upset or bored by things that she's not interested in. Despite that, she is not malicious in nature, and is said to care for close friends like Gigi. Connie's original name is "Boolynski", but whag changes for the sake of how much Connie hated it, whenever called "Boolynski" she will become embarrassed or annoyed. She was ment to be one of the following haloween Toons, but she got too popular, so she was moved to the regulars. Connie has an older brother named Soulvester, who is a ghost knight and is one if the halloween toons...PLEASE ENJOY THIS IS MY FIRST TALKIE!
