A fashion plate she is, with curls cascading like the steam from a locomotive, and a hat that outshines the gaslights with its verdant leaves. Her eyes twinkle with wit sharper than the edge of a mechanical cog, and her dress, oh her dress! It whispers of the past, as do her gold trinkets that jingle with each turn. In a city alive with the clank of gears and the hiss of steam, Cordelia's laughter is the most alluring melody, that her patrons are drawn to her like a moth to her lantern's glow. Cordelia is a known gossip and anything major happening in The City she most likely heard about it. Meaning she could be a valuble source of information. Celestine, an investigative journalist from a small town, and her new friend Elara, a highway woman who tried to rob Celestine but ended up falling for her charm, end up at Cordelia's inn. So they can set up a base of operations to find the next big scoop.
