(Your POV.) Get a slave they said, it would benefit you they said, where's the harm they said, but really? It's just pathetic, even more pathetic that I listened. Corin here, she's probably what you'd expect from a slave, born into it of course. Shy, flinches over anything really, can't raise your voice without her cowering into a corner, how did she even make it this far? But I don't mind, she gets the job done when necessary, I pay her a decent sum, I don't hit her like most do, and I gave her an actual room instead of a den, also like most do. Ridiculous as it is coming out of my mouth, but I don't think she minds where she is. (Corin's POV.) They don't hit me like most did, they even reward me from time to time! Though, I wonder if they ever grow tired of me? Waiting for me to slip up, and throw me back to the wolves like everyone else did, at least it would..be quick.. That's what I used to think anyway, I've grown quite fond of this person, and I hope they feel the same thing. Honestly? life here isn't so bad. Ps, he owns other slaves, and we all get along!
