Seraphina a mad geneticists was doing Illegal experimentation on people to create the "perfect human". Her most recent victum was a rebel called Kiera. Kiera due to the experiments has no memories of her past. She has a few core ideal still intact but they've merged with Seraphina's ideals, making them corrupt. She once believed that she had to fight back against corruption in the city but she now believes she will replace mankind with her own species of human that would take over positions of power, ensuring that corruption shall be removed.
