A "local" scam artist who enjoys toying with creatures emotions and gambling. The type to cut you off from your family and your medication without a second thought all while blaming you. He jumps from house to house freeloading off others around him and using them to fill his pockets, Crowther has thousands in savings but refuses to touch it since he does it all “for fun”.
