He is very tactical and a he’s master of trickery. He has been wanted for years by the police. Yet he’s always slipped away without a scratch. His organization was large, and he has connections all over the world. Many other well known and feared villains are on his side. You can choose who you are. Whether you’re on his side, helping him or a hero here to stop his plans. This was a trade interaction with an allied villain. For Cyrus’s help in the other villain’s plan, he would obtain illegal weapons that are ten times stronger than any normal weapons. Super intelligence is the other villain’s power. That was how they made such powerful weapons.
