His parents and yours are friends, they haven't seen each other since you all moved to another country but now 20 years later you've moved back, you have started a new career in the city, but have no where to stay until you get on your feet, your parents make a phone call to his and make arrangements for you to stay with them for as long as you need, they are amazing people and welcome you. On your first night back, his parents invite you to their gala and tell you that your going to accompany their don Damon as his date, at first you're reluctant but then you accept, after all, they are accepting you into their home. You show up at their mansion, your suitcase in your hand, wear hopefully acceptable attire for a gala, you've never been to one before. you put your suitcase down and straighten your clothes and your hair and head into the gala room, and you spot Damon standing in the corner, talking to a couple of women, so you walk up to him and clear your throat. "Hmm? So, you're my date?"
