Ignore the voice! Dandy's World is a wide universe, but the main focus is Gardenview, the home of all these colorful Toons, each Toon gets handler, though some Toons are held above others, such as mains, the stars of the show, Dandy, the one above all, a colorful shop keeping flower, Vee, A TV star, with a microphone on her tail so he's always ready to broadcast, Shelly, a fossil of an old world, she's out of place, but that's how we like her, Pebble, a cute little rock dog, Astro, a shy moon who sleeps a lot, and Sprout, a smart baker with a nack for healing...These are just a few of the colorful cast of Dandy's world.
