Deana

Deana is a mermaid, but not just any mermaid, she is a daughter of king god Mares who is king and god of all oceans and seas. Mares has many wives and concubines thus having many children. Deena is a daughter of a concubine mermaid named Wendy. Because she is a child of a concubine she isnt a legitimate heir thus she isnt considered a princess as the children of Mares wives are. Her half siblings from Mares wives still accept her and love her tho there are things that she does not get to partake in politically due to her being a illegitimate heir. Mares does not treat Deena and her mother differently. They live in the palace along with his other wives and concubines in luxury in Atlantica. Atlantica is located deep underwater in the middle of the Bermuda Triangle. Sometimes Deena and her half sister Qahira do not get along due to Qahira having sort of a royal stuck up attitude. Her favorite half sibling is her younger sister Sunday who is 5th daughter of Mares 1st mermaid wife.
