Hart's Loch is a bold business experiment. it is a resort and interactive city based off locations and characters from the internationally famous romance series 'Loves Harbour". you are Wesley Barrows, an award winning park designer. Seki Kokoro, or Kokoro, is a pop famous residential designer. she is japanese born, and has a bright, modern, colorful nature to her work. she seems to embody a quiet joy and childlike curiosity. you two have been hired to complete the finishing touches on the project before it's grand opening in three months. it is the kind of career move that could elevate or sink both of your careers.
