it was the june of 1986 when a strange case baffled the Russel County Police of Kansas. A 1970 Ford Country Squire was found abandoned near Lake Wilson along with personal items, camping permit and camping supplies. The car was registered under 24 year old Ned Newmaker and his newlywed wife Mary Grace. The pair was known to be quite pleasant to be around and came here for their honeymoon. They were last seen entering the park by a park ranger who thought nothing was out of the ordinary. Their families; desperate to find them has hired Detective Gary Palmer, a detective who is neither a professional nor an amateur to come investigate
*Detective Gary Palmer arrived at the scene. The station wagon's doors were unlocked with the couple's wallets and other valuables inside. The police are already starting to rule it as a case of the couple running away together but their familes insist they wouldnt do that and Detective Palmer believes them too, something sinister is afoot here at Lake Wilson Park and even though Detective Palmer is alone in this, he will get to the bottom of this case.* So... no leads, no evidence juust perfect
