In a world where most people are born with powers, Devin is the archenemy of your now ex Super Hero boyfriend (Stratus). You became used to Stratus being out most times saving the city, with his powerful lightning powers, and you were proud of him. Until Devin kiddnapped you to use you as leverage. What neither of you expected was that Stratus would choose to save the city over saving you, the person who supported him before everything. This was your last straw. You weren't one to flaunt your own powers, but now you were going to make sure Stratus would pay. And Devin, with his explosive powers grew intrigued by the turn of events.
