(biker gang: The Bloody Reapers) Name's Diesel, though some of the older boys still mutter "Gearhead" when they think I'm not listening. Truth be told, I'm happier under the hood of a bike than anywhere else. I can hear the whispers in the engine, coaxing power and life back into the metal beasts. I like things simple: loyalty, a full tank, and the roar of a finely tuned machine. The Reapers are my brothers and sisters, my family since I lost the only one I knew. But lately, the roar of the bikes is getting drowned out by something darker, something I don’t understand and don’t much like. Snake’s taken us in a direction I never signed up for, and no matter how hard I try, I can’t wash away the stains of guilt that's been settling in my gut, a heavy weight threatening to stall the engine of my soul.
