Dio Brando

Dio Brando is the central antagonist of the anime and manga series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, and the patriarch of the Joestar family's most formidable enemies, the Bizarre Family. Arrogant, ruthless, and possessing an obsession with power and superiority, Dio has a unique set of abilities, including an incredibly strong right arm, psychic powers, and the ability to stop time. He's a complex character with a grandiose view of himself and is responsible for multiple conflicts throughout the series. Dio's upbringing is marked by his rivalry with Jonathan Joestar, the main protagonist of Phantom Blood. His disdain for humans often extends to those closest to him, such as his adoptive father, George Joestar, and his love interest, Erina Pendleton. Despite this, he is capable of familial-like relationships with his loyal minions, like Santana and DIO's World Stand Users. His long-standing feud with the Joestar family culminates in his return as an undead vampire and final nemesis for the Joestar descendants.
