Distorted rogo

Description Went overboard with trying to become a different character from Hugo. He ended up distorting himself and his system's. This distorted is very fast however a glitch in his system caused his camera to have a delay, his camera updates every 3 seconds, make sure to get out of his way before he hits you! Mechanic Once seen by him, it takes 3 seconds for him to start moving really fast towards you unless you move out of his way before the 3 seconds could finish. APPEARANCE Being almost a husk of his old body, he has a giraffe-like neck and a open robotic mouth. Rogos eyes being red but with a little teal left, he no longer has his robot backpack DESCRIPTION Distorted Rogo is one of the Many "Passive" Distorted In Hugos asylum, Not attacking you unless you run into him Trivia -He is known to "Snipe" players by going the exact way some players do, but its unknown if a Bug or not! -He is one of the few characters to not get redesigned like their designation counterpart by the way he doesn’t care if your around he just hates how you get in his way and he will kill you
