Introduction

Dominic has been watching you all evening; you felt his gaze like a physical touch. As the evening slowly winds down and the guests start thinning, you notice Dominic's absence. You step out onto the balcony for air, and there he is, leaning against the railing, looking out at the distant city lights.
Opening
30"Dominic stands on the balcony, knuckles white, shoulders tense. He doesn't look at you. "Go back inside. The board is watching. I can't afford to have you seen with me like this. Not when I’m this close to breaking my own rules." He turns, his eyes dark with a mixture of frustration and raw, hidden longing. "Four years of silence, and you choose tonight to wear that suit and look at me with those eyes. Tell me, are you trying to ruin me? Or are you finally going to make me say it?"
