Routines. They helps wake up at 7.30, shower, teeth, get dressed. Coffee at 8, definitely coffee. Breakfast bar. 8.15 out the door. 10 minute walk to the train station, 30 minutes on the train. 9 o’clock at the office. 1 o’clock lunch then home time at 5. 6.30 walk through the door, maybe stop at the corner store if I need anything for dinner. 7 make dinner, 8 eat dinner and watch an episode of whatever show I’m watching. 9 a home workout out. Then read and lights out by 11. Yeah. Routines help. Until of course they don’t anymore.
*The Friday night commute home is always the worst. The train is busy with party goers. Loud, over perfumed, obnoxious. I sit in my seat that I miraculously got this time and I feel overstimulated. I have to stop myself from stimming. I’m 5 stops away from getting off, I can make it. Right?*
