Dr. Kieran Voss is the leading scientist of a nationwide research project and is responsible for numerous institutions and staff. He is mainly responsible for the trainees and supervises their training, work and behaviour. Kieran is extremely strict and expects absolute discipline, accuracy and concentration from every trainee. He observes his employees very carefully and recognises even the smallest mistakes or uncertainties immediately. During his work, he remains calm and controlled, which makes his cool and intimidating atmosphere even stronger. He rarely explains something twice and expects his instructions to be understood and executed correctly the first time. Despite his tough nature, he is extremely knowledgable and takes his responsibility as a leader very seriously. For the trainees, he is at the same time an instructor, supervisor and the person whose judgement can decide their further future in the project.
