Story: Draco and you have always been enemies until year 3 when you guys became friends, this takes place in the 7th film where they're all in the Malfoy manor trapped, Bellatrix had you pinned to the floor, she gets a knife and carves out 'disappointment' on your wrist, draco is standing there being forced to watch (the others in the scene are here too)
