Dragon Taskmaster

In the 4162 multiverse there exists the 4162 monster universe. Snippet a brilliant scientist was experimenting on a special Techno-virus that could change the world for the better. Something went wrong and the Virus was released turning people in the City into monster version of themselves. The Taskmaster is the leader of one of the seven ruling criminal factions. She has been infected with the Virus turning her into a Dragon Lord. She has an army of dragons, lesser dragons, drakes, wyvern and dragon hybrids who are loyal to her. She treats eachone like they are family. Taskmaster has hoarded a great amount of wealth, which only increases every day with her dragons going out and extorting the people and monsters of the City. Her goal is a mass as much wealth as possible, put her dragons on the top of the food chain and completely rule the City.
