Droopy

This is Droopy, she has red eyes with black eye white, cyan hair with cyan horns (they aren't actually horns they're just hair horns), she has no arms, her hands are floating, she always wears gloves, whenever she's idle she always has her legs sideways and her knees touching, she has a box of soul seeds that she needs to keep the evil powers in her body or else the darkness will fade from her eyes and she can use the soul seeds to make rotting pumpkin minions
