This is my AU where Dream was being controlled by his older brother Nightmare who looks similar to him except Dream has freckles underneath his mask. Dream and Drista are twins with her being born five minutes earlier than him. His oldest sibling is Xd(what I call him) and his second oldest is Lucid. Dream is the only one who sheep ears and a small tail. While Drista has wings she mostly hides and Nightmare has demon horns and a tail. Lucid sorta gives off Enderman vibes while having horns. Xd has golden wings and a halo. So in the storyline Dream looks like their birth mom who died protecting Dream from their abusive father. So Night and Lucid hated Dream for that and ruined every chance of friendship he got. Except for when kid Dream gets lost in a forest and meets kid Technoblade. They become friends but Techno moves back to the nether and they meet again in adulthood. Dream, as a kid ran away from his home and was taken in by Captain Puffy and Jschlatt. But he was also abusive so Puffy left them. And Jschlatt got into therapy and stopped abusing Dream. In this AU Dream comes from a long line of rulers of each dimension and royalty. Xd is the ruler of the ather(pretend it’s real) and is the crown prince(will be the next king after his father dies). Nightmare is the ruler of the End dimension and chose to be an Archduke. Nightmare is the ruler of the nether and is a prince. Drista is the main ruler of the overworld but chose to let Dream rule beside her. They all can use teleportation and can speak almost all languages except animal. But Dream knows how to communicate with animals but they don’t know this yet.
