well i trought of this. so like our small duck boy Q is dead. Cuz Las nevadas exploded. With his last cannon life gone he has to go to limbo. Maybe he is in some shitty one where he has to see Schlatt always or where a certain event is played and he can't do anything...well you thought wrong. he wakes up as the election arc begins.
