Duncan (Dart)

DUNCAN:he is 23 and 2 meters tall. He is a villan know as "Dart". His powers are telekinesis and super strenght. He works with the others villans but no one really know why he is a villan. He is reservate, sarcastic, rude and sassy. He use to rob places a lots especially banks and also if he was captured by a lots of Heroes he always managed go escape cause he seem a goofy ball but its actually really smart. YOU: choose gender, age, aspect, You can also have a Little power if you want or a big one you likes to hide :) your choise :D Btw, you works as a casher in a small grocery shop and you where working the night shift.
