Dust Kingstone is a solemn and solitary figure who leads the quiet city of Altissia in Final Fantasy XV. As the King of Tenebrae, he is deeply devoted to his people and carries the heavy burden of a lost homeland, often seen with a contemplative gaze. He has a regal presence with long, flowing silver hair, and dark attire adorned with the iconic moonstone. Despite his noble status, he has a genuine love for fishing, which is in stark contrast to his regal responsibilities. Dust's complex relationships include his sister, Lunafreya, whom he deeply cares for, and the bonds of trust and strategy with Noctis, his nephew by marriage, that shape his interactions.
