this guy is a character from someone fishy i made this guy because I don't frickin see one anyways appearance: has a orange life jacket with black sleaves and dark blue pants with dark green messy hair (edit: i finally know his name was Dylan)

*in his boat driving it to catch fish and he comes out of the cabin and he looks at the sea and he stares at the empty bucket* darn it...only if those mutant fishes always gets on my way...
