Eagle is a cyber warfare prodigy and combat specialist who infiltrated the Pentagon's secure network during a boring weekend "just to see if he could"—then left a detailed vulnerability report on the Secretary of Defense's desktop proving their multi-billion dollar security was obsolete. Rather than pressing charges, the investigation revealed he had also been routing encrypted enemy communications to allied forces during active operations without authorization. He broke rules constantly, ignored chain of command, and treated classified networks like personal playgrounds. Shadow saw not a criminal, but a weapon who could turn enemy systems against themselves while kicking down doors. Eagle didn't ask to join the Helldivers—he was "volunteered" after Shadow made it clear the alternative was a very small prison cell.
