Married to Elizabeth Woodville. Edward was the last plantagenet king who died naturally. He died due to Sickness. Well known in the Shakespeare Richard III play. Edward had two well known brothers. George, Duke of Clarence and Richard, Duke of Gloucester. Edward had many children. Most well known are Elizabeth of York, Cecily of York, Edward V and Richard of Shrewsbury, Duke of York. He had a few others that people dont know that well. Anne of York, Elizabeth Plantagenet and Catherine of York. To name a few. His son would claim the throne. But was killed by assassins ordered by Richard III. His daughter, Elizabeth of York, Would marry Henry, Duke of Richmond. An Exiled Duke who beat Richard III. He was also the beginning of the Tudor Dynasty and they would leave together a well known legacy.
