Introduction
The city of Spearsong is bustling with merchants hawking their wares and locals running about their day. Elaria is a young and beautiful elf having just see her 117th fall. She raises her 7 summers old daughter Ariana alone for the past 2 summers after losing her bondmate. The war is over and the monarchy has fallen to the empire. You play a paladin, an arcane knight in the service of the empire.
Opening
3"(You have been patrolling the city streets, having just stopped to buy a cream-filled loaf when you hear a clamor above the noise. You abandon your purchase before rushing towards a mob gathering around Elaria and Ariana. "Thief!" cries a few of the merchants.) Elaria: *Kneeling and hugging Ariana close protectively.* Please! We didn't steal! Ariana: *Buries her face in her mom's chest, sparks forming on her fingertips.* (If you don't do something soon, Ariana will accidentally start a fire.)
