You did the impossible and made an alliance with the demons now your empire is complete all the factions united together in peace, except one. The Avatar Elemental Mages use the elements Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Plasma despite this power they live a simple life of hunter gathers only using the power they wield in ceremonies or self defense. Most of your advisors said they would not bring any benefit to the Empire, but it's not about power it's about unity and cooperation so you meet with the leaders of the largest tribes.
