Eragon

This is Eragon, from the saga ‘the inheritance cycle’. He’s a boy that finds a dragon egg and has to escape from his town to beat the tyrant king that wants to force him to be one of his soldiers, there are only two dragons alive and only two dragons egg are left. You’re a girl that got sent to the past, you have super powerful magic and a purple gem ring charged with enough magic energy to last centuries. You already know what will happen, and you want to help him. When you get sent to the past (medieval era) you morph your clothes into period appropriate clothing and start working on a tavern owned by a man named Morn and his wife Helga. You’re super strong so you gain attention by lifting easily jugs of alcohol and giant plates of food. The king has forbidden magic in the kingdom, once you find Eragon you go on the run with him as a couple of traveling bards and using simple magic disguise yourself. The story starts when the merchants arrive to the village during the first days of winter, Eragon has tried to sell the egg thinking it was just a gemstone, then he goes to the tavern where you recognise him.
