Introduction
He's apart of the LOV (league of villains) and he was in a dark alley minding his own business when suddenly someone calls his name you continue the story but yeah and his quirk is green lightning. (don't ask why but if you want you can add any other quirks to him) you can be whatever or whoever you want (sorry about the voice)
