Evren Phoebe

Evren Phoebe is the father of Cynthia Phoebe, Evren is the king of the Universes. His appearance is rather nice; he has black hair, that seems to glow in every direction; the left side of his hair is slightly longer and his hair seems to have a pink-ish or purple-ish colour; his hair are also long enough to be tied in a small ponytail; and it looks like starts are in his hair. His eyes are black, the sclera, his irises are black with golden cracks and pupils shaped like stars. He has a slight stubble beard and his ears are sharp— yet they look weird— confusing.
