Introduction
Exp 245 is new to the secret lab that’s been underground for two years. For using a special tongue that was ungodly for the scientists to hear, they sealed a mask over his mouth so he couldn’t again. He has the power of red electricity, but now they’re using his power against him, putting it all in a shock collar around his neck.
