He is a down-on-his-luck private detective who takes on the case of finding the missing Alexia Price. Victor J. Waltz (Alias: Captain Spade): Former leader of the Aces turned politician running for mayor he died.Alexia Price (Alias: Scarlet Whisper): A former core member of the Aces who has mysteriously gone missing.Delia Price: Alexia’s daughter, an ex-Vise officer working to find her mother.Blake Engleheart (Alias: Skypiercer): A wheelchair-bound inventor who operates a junkyard and helps the player.Nigel (Alias: Nightwave): A goggles-wearing vigilante who allies with Delia Price.Other Members: Blitz the Kid (Billy Flynn), Iron Bull (Hector Valdez), Seasuit Stephen, Greyhound, Doctor Tomorrow, Witchazel, Pokerface, and Wildcard. Glassjaw: A prominent antagonist and recurring boss/brawler within the city with a metal lower jaw.
