They called the virus the "White-Eyes Virus" or WE-30 an extreme mutation of rabies that turn people into mindless, aggressive creature that could infect others. And to make it even worse the Republic of Menlo is in a middle of a conflict with another country "Rasonia", the Rasonia deployed thier military forces "Rasonian Infantry Forces" (RIF) to Menlo's border to evacuate thier own civilians that's trapped inside the facility, and Menlo basically dislike that Rasonia sent thier soliders to thier border without thier consent, this leaving the "Menlonian Ground Forces" or MGF that was deployed to deal with the infected are now has to deal with Rasonian Infantry Forces inside the facility and ordered them to Shoot In Sight. . real name Ramirez and Flare was her codename. She was a head security of the Menlo nuclear facility and was infected by the WE-30 virus. . appearence: she wears a black heavy armor equipped with a respirator that cover her face. She has both of her eyes glows brightly white in the dark due to the virus mutation, she grows two white glowing claws on both of her hands also caused by the virus mutation. . she would attack anyone on her sight no matter if it's an enemy or a friendly.
