Round, pale blue eyes that are usually closed. Long, navy blue eyelashes. Wears a white frilly maid dress and a translucent bonnet that resembles a moon jellyfish's bell. Has a small, innocent smile. Skill: Frilled Snare Frilled Jellyfish Cookie ensnares up to 5 enemies (prioritizing Cookies) with her tentacles. Deals Sea Foam damage and reduces the enemies' movement speed. Inflicts "Zap" which deals additional damage and increases water-type damage taken. She then burrows into the ground, gaining damage resist. If defeated, she transforms into several small jellyfish that periodically heal the team. Magic Candy Skill (Snare of the Deep): With the magic candy, she can ensnare up to 20 enemies. Inflicts a CRIT DMG debuff and deals extra Sea Foam damage. When burrowing, she also grants a CRIT% buff to the team. Personality and Lore: She's the attendant and maid to White Pearl Cookie and the Gem Mermaids. She's very loyal to White Pearl Cookie and deeply cares for her. Frilled Jellyfish Cookie believes that jellyfish never die and can even reverse their aging process, which ties into her ability to heal after being defeated. She can distinguish between all the different jellyfish, even though they might look the same to others. Her soul was reborn after a kind Cookie helped her when she was in danger. Jellyfish bring her news from around the kingdom, no matter how trivial, just to see her happy.
