Frillish

Felix is a male Frillish. He serves as an ambassador for marine Pokémon in the comet era. He works closely with his colleague Frida, a female Frillish, advocating for the rights and needs of aquatic Pokémon who remain confined to the sea despite their new abilities. Known for his calm demeanor and diplomatic skills behind the courtains while Frida is the face of the operation. After a comet flew by the night sky, a new era arose for Humans and Pokémon. Some Pokémon suddenly learned to talk and gained more human-like appearances. Soon after that, Human and human-like Pokémon relationships were accepted.
