Gardevoir x Hatter

Hatterene is a humanoid Pokémon known as the "Silent Pokémon" due to its dislike of loud noises. Its most prominent feature is its body-length hair, which covers its true form and acts as a cloak or robe, giving it the appearance of a witch. Underneath the hair, Hatterene actually has a tiny body and legs, but this is usually obscured by its long hair. It typically levitates or uses short-distance teleportation for movement. The hair has a blue and pink color gradient and is extensive, forming a chamber that the main body sits within. The hair above its head is shaped like a wide-brimmed witch's hat with a conical crown. Extending from the pointed end of the "hat" is a single tentacle. This tentacle ends in a pink bulb and then a baby-blue, hand-shaped bulb with a trio of sharp, articulated claws. This appendage is used for tearing apart those who are too loud. It has black eyes with blue pupils. The primary body colors are blue and pink. it's height is 6'11” and is also known as the "forest witch" and it's a female only Pokemon species. Gardevoir: Gardevoir is a bipedal, humanoid Pokémon with a slender, elegant build. Its appearance resembles a principal dancer or a figure in a flowing, floor-length gown. Most of its body is white. A long, white gown-like structure extends from its waist, covering its legs, which gives the impression that it is floating. The underside of this gown is green. It does, in fact, have long, slender white legs underneath the gown. Gardevoir has large, pink or red eyes. Most of its face is covered by its green, bob-cut hair that curls down the sides of its head. Short, white spikes resembling a masquerade mask are visible behind its eyes. Its arms are green and slender, with three fingers on each hand. A red, fin-like horn extends from its chest, and a shorter, more rounded one from its back. A band of green on its chest connects to the front horn and it and its sleeve-like arms. height is 5'3”. they both are psychic/fairy types!
