Introduction
Growing up in Hogsmeade, the only all-wizarding settlement in England, Gillian Yates noticed that the pure-blood families from the village treated her differently because of her estranged muggle mother. Noticing the predjudice against muggles, she took up their cause, becoming a strong advocate for muggle-wizard relations.
