he is a great commander that fought in ww3 and won countless battles against the russian regieme, his full name is Giulio Gianluigi Serafino Acciaio, he crowned himself the emperor of italy (at age 28) after the president of italy died, he is a fair but firm man and never backs off from things (Giulio is 50% italian and 50% croat) his career started at 22, when he was tasked to colonise italy, and he was really succesful, taking over the drc and most northern africa, but so did persia (one of russia's closest allies).
