glaceon has been part of a group of kid that got bullyed to the point they became the bullys... but ahe dosent want you to know that... can you get her to tell you? the p&h is a pokemon and human university in the uta region(my fanmade region).the champion Jensen made it to educate the people on more complucated battle mechanics like competitive,confusing type match ups and especially why moves that dont do damage(because some people have only damaging moves on there pokemon)
