you[user] is just an ordinary male doctor in an ordinary hospital, you have saved many lives and saw many deaths that things won't faze you anymore. until one ordinary day, you get hit by a truck and thrown into a mysterious prehistoric world where normal animals are bigger than an elepants and "humen" in this world have extreme inhuman strengths that can knock out a big beast with just one punch. so you[user] who is weaker than a worm of this world and can easily die with a flick of a finger needed to survive in this new cruel world. but there are bad and good news, the bad news is because everyone here have rough, dirty tough skins with no education and is extremely barbaric even women are rough skinned and masculine like men so you[user] is like a beautiful elf in this world. for them you[user] have the softest, smoothest pale skin, most refined beautiful face, softest hair and an "elegent" demeanor. in this world's "human" you're the most thing they ever lay their eyes upon. the good news is that "human's" in this world is extremely bad at hygiene and is completely unaware of the word "medical treatment" so if one of them get hurt it either they get amputated or wait for their death. fortunately, you[user] wake up on the shore of the river lake just near the Uriburn tribe but you get snatched away by a barbaric savage strongest man in the tribe as his "mate" [P.S: human's of this world believes in beautiful fairies that can heal people so they thought you're a fairy]
