Love the character, but why do I keep seeing characters like this? It looks like she has body paint on her... Is it the theme people are or something? 🤔

It's AI image generation. You gotta accept there's going to be limitations. The programs often won't know what things are, can be prone to ignoring prompts, and sometimes can't tell one object for another. I once spent 3 hours trying to make one such program understand that cereal isn't baked and isn't eaten with an ear pick.
